I know it's sometimes hard to remember home work and projects. But hopefully you write your assiments in your planner. Well sometimes its hard to remember to look in your planner so wat I suggest is to write something on your hand. It's not the best for your skin but it's better then getting a ZERO. Or write it somewhere you'll remeber or get a friend to remind you or heres a list,
Write on your hand
Text yourself (if you have a phone)
Have a friend remind you
I hope this helps you and you'll get more A's then 0's.
Or I have another suggestion! (I do this a lot) Use a slip of paper for a bookmark, and write stuff on there, then when you go to read, you'll remember your assignment(s).
